At Blackrush Apparel, we stand behind our products and want you to love your gear. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’ll make it right—no questions asked.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
• Timeframe: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your item.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. (We understand you may have tried it on—no worries!)
• Free Exchanges: Need a different size or color? We’ll send you a replacement for free and cover the shipping both ways.
• Refunds: Returns are refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive the item.
No-Hassle Refunds & Store Credit
• If you’re not happy with your order, we’ll issue a full refund—no restocking fees, no hassle.
• Prefer another item? We can also provide a 10% store credit as a thank-you for giving us another shot.
Damaged or Defective Items? We’ve Got You!
• If your item arrives damaged or has a defect, we’ll send a replacement immediately. Just send us a picture.
Exceptions & Notes
• Final Sale & Custom Orders: Items marked as final sale or customized pieces are not eligible for returns.
• Gift Returns: If you received a gift, we’ll issue store credit or exchange it for a different size/color.
