Great shirt and great design

I have not received my shirt yet

Hi David,
We’re sorry your original order didn’t arrive as expected. According to USPS tracking, the package was delivered on April 30th (two days after the order was placed) and GPS data confirmed it was scanned at your address.

Even though this was completely outside of our control, we immediately reached out after your review and sent a replacement at no cost to you. Once the second shipment was confirmed delivered, we followed up and kindly asked if you’d consider updating your review. Unfortunately, we received no response.

While we can’t control what happens once a package leaves our hands, we do everything we can to make it right when issues arise. It’s disappointing to be rated poorly for something we acted quickly to resolve — and even more so when the review isn’t updated afterward.
